Mindful Matters offers one of the most comprehensive training programs for Reiki, which include:

• A detailed, extensive training manual with coloured illustrations, detailed step-by-step illustrated instruction sheets noting hand positions that you can use while giving a treatment
• Hands-on instructions and lots of practice time, enjoyable interactive seminars
• Support from two extremely qualified Reiki Masters who are trained facilitators

Reiki Shares
Enjoy a wonderful opportunity to be with like-minded Reiki Practitioners at all levels to get a treatment, give a treatment and share amazing information.

Reiki Sessions are available in a comfortable atmosphere in Theresa’s home in northwest Mississauga by appointment only.

The session can accommodate your schedule between the hours of 9:00 am – 7:00 p.m. on any day of the week. Each individual session will cost $75.00.

Meditation

After one Mindful Matters class you will be able to meditate! Sessions are held during the week and weekends at different hours to accommodate your schedule.

Do you have friends and family members that want to learn meditation together? If you are putting together a group of at least 5, we’ll give you a 5% discount! Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount!
